Gentle removal,
with a plan for after.

Wisdom teeth and problem tooth extractions handled comfortably and precisely — and never in isolation. Before anything comes out, we plan how the space will be restored.

Wisdom teeth

Signs a wisdom tooth needs to come out.

Wisdom teeth often arrive with too little room. When they do, the problems tend to show up in predictable ways.

  • Impacted wisdom teeth that cannot fully erupt
  • Pain or pressure at the back of the jaw
  • Swollen, irritated gums or repeat infections
  • Cavities that are impossible to clean properly
  • Damage or crowding pressure on neighbouring molars
  • Cysts or changes forming around an impacted tooth
Extractions

When a tooth can't be saved.

We always try to save a tooth first. When the structure is too far gone, removing it protects everything around it.

  • Severe decay or a cracked, fractured tooth
  • Advanced bone loss around the tooth
  • A failed root canal or persistent infection
  • Non-restorable or impacted teeth
  • Teeth damaging the structures around them
How we handle it

Comfort first, restoration planned.

01

Imaged before, not during

CBCT imaging shows roots, nerves and sinuses before we begin.

02

Comfort options

Local anaesthetic as standard, with sedation options discussed up front.

03

Site preserved

Where an implant is planned, we preserve the socket at the time of removal.

04

Clear aftercare

Written instructions, and a number to call if anything worries you.

Good to know

Common questions.

The procedure itself is done under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain — only pressure. We go over comfort options before we start.
Most people are back to normal within a few days. We send you home with clear aftercare instructions and check in on you.
We plan that before we remove anything — an implant, bridge or denture can be prepared so you are not left with a gap you did not expect.
